Gah!  So ein gacky!  Ich habe stat [[:space:]] nur [:space:] geschrieben.  
Danke Günther! durch dein mail habe ich jetzt folgendes das ist schon 
ausreichend für was ich brauch:

grep -r system[[:space:]]*\([[:space:]]*[\",\'][[:print:]]*[\"\'][[:space:]]* 
/www

All dings komme ich nicht weiter wann ich \( dazu geben da es spukt dann 
nichts mehr aus...  Ist nur eine kleinigkeit und sollte nicht wirklich 
stören...
